Dear friends and colleagues,

The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Paraguay has the pleasure of inviting delegates attending the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) 2017 to the Open Forum, entitled:

“Islands surrounded by land and sea: The road to full connectivity for LLDC’s, LDC’s and SIDS’s”.


Venue :           Room XXII of the Palais des Nations in Geneva.

Date    :           21st of December 2017.

Time    :          12:00 to 13:30 Hours.

We will be joined by the ITU, the Office of the HR for LDCs, LLDCs, and SIDs, DiploFoundation and ISOC.

There will be remote participation.

Light refreshments and Paraguayan food will be served before the event.
